We work with you to supply the product that will best suit your application and ensure the whole purchase and installation proceeds smoothly.
You may require a controller to be installed in a cabinet or perhaps a sophisticated PLC-controlled system is needed - whatever the requirement, ICD is able to help.
Service Work: For urgent repairs or faults on larger equipment, we can attend site to diagnose and cure problems. Our fully trained engineers have years of experience with variable speed drives and offer a fast and efficient service. If the engineer is unable to repair the equipment with the parts available, replacement parts can be despatched from ICD the same day or can obtained without delay.
We also provide routine maintenance - very important when downtime means loss of production and staff without work.
Training to enable your staff to operate the equipment more effectively can be provided if necessary.
Repairs: ICD has a well-equipped workshop to cater for those repairs that can be sent to us. Here we can use our diagnostic tools to pinpoint the trouble and cure the fault.
In addition to offering the service for standard products, we are happy to test and repair many products that are used within a motion control system.
Provided parts are available, repairs will be returned within days, fully tested and ready for re-integration into your system.
